About Us:
Spa Bound Pools & Spas (trade name) of Construct-All Pools and Service Inc. Established in 1988 by original owner David Noel. Dave began building custom in-ground swimming pools and landscape design and construction.
With creative designs and a passion for working with natural stone, may waterfall features, lighting options and natural stonewalls’ and coping has been incorporated with the pool construction. Many different patio options are also available, from custom stone, tile brick pavers, and acid stained concrete and stamped concrete.
Spa Bound an interprovincial registered company has built its reputation on customer service and quality installations of custom swimming pools and landscape projects in Ontario and BC.
All though vinyl liner swimming pools were the staple of Construct-All Pools, Dave decided to branch out into other areas of backyard home and leisure world. In 1999 A new business relationship was formed with Arctic Spas to provide our customers with the most advanced and one of the top spa manufactures’ in the world. Operations began as Spa Bound. The business swelled and showrooms were very busy. With in a couple of years Spa Bound received several awards for customer service, marketing and the prestigious Summit Dealer award for being one of the top dealers in the world. The Jandy Corporation also recognized Dave and his pool building abilities and became a Pro-Edge dealer. This allows Spa Bound to build a pool and triple the warranty on the equipment for their customers.
At the end of 2006 it was decided as a family to venture to western Canada where Dave’s and his wife’s families both reside and expand Spa Bound and the Arctic Spas hot tub brand. With the popularity of the fiberglass swimming pool, Dave entered in to relationship with Viking Swimming Pools. The demand grows and a warehouse has been established in Nanaimo BC, which provides sales, service and deliveries for most of Vancouver Island and surrounding Islands. There are plans in the very near future to open a new high end retail showroom in the Victoria area.
Spa Bound has provided Arctic Spas, swimming pools and serviced well over 2000 clients since our inception. And it is goal and commitment to provide top quality customer service, products and relationships with our current and all our new customers.
