Although we have used hot tubs in the past, we have never before owned one; so we had some big questions: "Will it be hard to use and maintain?" "Will we spend a bundle on chemicals to keep it clean?" "Will we be turned off by the smell and the feel of the chemicals?" And the big question: Will we use and enjoy whatever we buy enough to justify its cost?"
Well we've now had our Arctic Spa hot tub for over four months in a hard cold winter and the verdict is in - WE ABOLUTELY LOVE IT!
The ozone system feature means low maintenance, low chemical use, and super clean water (we have not changed the water and it certainly doesn't show any signs of needing change any time soon. The aromatherapy feature allows us to add tea tree oil in a small container which provides us with an anti-bacterial effect to the water and the smell is wonderful. Of course, you may want to add other aromatherapy oils for varied effect. Isn't that absolutely super?
This winter we had a few power interruptions on our coldest days and our spa didn't even cool down! So all in all we have to admit that we did enough research to know that we could have spent less on a hot tub, but we are really glad that we chose Arctic Spa. Dollar for dollar, of all of the many changes that we have made to our new home, Arctic Spa has delivered high value.
